As above, Im comlpetely new to this....Modem went down yesterday....so i thought id have a look on net to see if i can find anything,found this little corker of a site!!....i have used the search button to find info,and came across terms as `hyperterminal,hoaxaware and others(havent a clue what they are!!!)but to be honest i dont know what im supposed to be looking for...so here goes...i just want a idiots guide of what i need to be able to reflash(right term??!!?)my modem and get it up and running again...any help would be great..thanks in advance

forgot to add modem is ntl 250

1st you need to know your firmware pal and have a gander at the haynes manual ,regaards
