Default New to Eurovox

I've been given a Eurovox and have a cable connection but can't seem to get it working. Would be great if anyone could provide any help as to what to do!!

WE need more info pal the name of box which area your in etc eg ex tw,c&w,ntl.

Yes, no good having a cable line if it isn't live.

If it is live you need to tell everyone what box you've got and what you've done so far to get it working.

hi guys got my mates eurovox to have a look at cause my friend is away on honeymoon his box is eurovox max it has no channels evry time i do a powerscan the list comes up scans all the way up to 770 but for some reason the scan cant find any transponders i dont know how to flash or put software in my mate always does this so i tryed putting keys in manualy have done so but still nothing its tw area and the codes r correct but am i missin summit any help would b gratefull just to get it up an running till i get it flashed for him thx ps i have read a few post on here

did you scan on the correct symbolrate, it will be either 6952 or 6887 depending on who your original provider was

thx for reply the symbol rate i have scaned on is 6.952 my provider used ti b tellwest now its virgin

things to confirm
you have a live feed
you have the cable feed in the rf in socket
you could try 6887 just in case

do a factory system default reset before scanning
scan directly from the live feed ie remove splitters etc.

yes cable in rf in socket
