You need something like this,quids on the net,and some good quality cable(i used coax and does just fine but there is cable cable which is the proper stuff).Run your vm feed into the the slot at the back and then the two off the front run to your boxes.

You can also get a 'splitter kit' from ebay for about a fiver with everything included, as well as the splitter dont forget you will need cables and an f connector if required!

i use the splitter on a 2nd tv so i can watch 2 things at once. my 2nd tv is only the LARGE package so can't get setanta or sky sports etc..
