I have been using my Eurovox EX5000 for around 8 months now, with my original telewest (virgin) box sitting in the cupboard gathering dust. I recently tried to hook up my old telewest box in my bedroom using a splitter from the back of my cable modem (with the Eurovox still hooked up in the bedroom). The problem is that when i turn the box on, no matter what channel i go to, it says that i have not subscribed the channel. I still pay for my virgin subscription so should definately get these channels.
Can anyone help?? |

thanks for the replies guys, will get on the horn to virgin straight away. Is it worth while disconnecting my eurovox before they send a signal through to my original box just in case?
