Default R232 interface

Helo all...just finished building my r232, i cant opst links or pics but i have used the following pins from the chip to the 4 pin connector..

pin 16 |---VCC
pin 15 |---GND
pin 12 |---RX
pin 11 |---TX

now my problem is i dont know where these relate to on the 250....anyone have a pic with the 4 pins labelled up on the modem end so i can make the lead up...thanks in advance..

use the first 4 pins nearest the ethernet port
pin 16 |---VCC - pin 1
pin 15 |---GND - pin 2
pin 12 |---RX - pin 3
pin 11 |---TX - pin 4

aahhh im confused now...jus found on another forum this

Starting nearest the ethernet port (the blue port at the rear of the modem.
GND
Tx
Vcc (3.3v)
Rx

to be honest the way i done mine was different from the one i read in the giude, and i have seen it done a couple of ways, just try them see one works in the end.
