A few months ago I fitted a quad LNB for a friend, he had a Sky digibox in the bedroom and a +HD box subscribed in the living room.
Several weeks later he contacted me and asked my thoughts why it had stopped recording. Any single LNB feed worked fine all channels. That left us concluding a PSU fault in the +HD box.

Anyway, last week he told me, he had a TVX subscription added to his card, and the recording function had returned with no apparent fault since.

So just in case anyone has such a fault, it might just be the card.
