Well to be honest I just use the scart to scart and I have a perfect reception etc no problems at all.

what does box, and TV support, if composite available, go for that

compsite will consist of 5 connections, 2 for audio, (left, and right channel), and 3 for picture, (red, green, and blue)

regards

Composite is the worst connection and consists of only 1 video cable and in addition has left and right audio cables. The best connection is COMPONENT which is the red green and blue. However, Scart is probably the best after that unless you have a s-Video connection option

I'm sure siffion meant COMPONENT and not composite since it fits with the description of using R,G,B (aka Pr, Y, Pb) plus stereo audio (Red and White).
