telnet invalid command

Hi guys
I have a sb4200 which iam trying to get round the bootp problem using the telnet command from the haynes cable modem this is the following command

2 enetBcm(0,0)admin:/opt/vwMIPS_1_0_1_fcs/target/sb4200/vxWorks.st h=192.168.100.10 e=192.168.100.1 u=jmcqueen pw=rickey7 f=0x8 tn=SB4200 o=bs1

everytime i try it it just says invalid command i have tried this several times now and dont know wot to try now.

I have also tried open sesame but that keep's crashing on me on windows vista and wont even open on windows xp.

Any help would be great.

open seasame needs .net framework on xp
