Technomate 6900 HDSuper Problem

Hi, any Technomate 6900HD Super users, having difficulties receiving those frequencies 12.130 & 12.015, Symbol Rate 30000, on 1 dg West, whilest using the Diablo Cam 2.3 Wi-Fi.
Those Ch's, which are HD are freezing, and are not watchable for me. All other frequencies that are under 30000 are ok.
Somebody here may be able solve this problem for me. With Thanks.

Have you tried updating the s/w of the receiver off the Technomate website?

That was a common problem some time ago but I thought it got fixed

Hi Guys, i have done all the obvious things, updated the s/w from the Technomate website, checked settings on the Diablo Cam. Rang Technomate, they told me to do s/w update. Still those Channel's:12.130 H, 30000 & 12.015 H 30000, are freezing, on 1dg West.
Some users are saying, its a Diablo problem, ''I think not'' as the Technomate 6800 HD work ok on those 30000 sr, also using the Diablo Cam in that receiver .
Now we can change the Pilot on/off on the Technomate 6800 HD, but that option is not available, on the Technomate 6900 HD Super, which sometimes, has to be changed to receive some of the HD Channel's. Technomate claim this receiver to be one of their best so far. I have my doubts about that, in so far as what i have experienced with this Technomate 6900 HDSuper.
