EX7000 RF out

Perhaps a strange request given that the EX7000 is all about HD, however, I don't get any RF signal output from the EX7000. I use the RF to distribute the picture to all TVs throughout the house.

I've plugged the RF-out directly into the TV and scanned for digital and analogue stations but none were found.

Do I have to enable this in some way or does anyone know which channel number the RF-out is on?

is your HDMI cable plugged in at the same time. i had the same issue, with unable to use both HDMI, and scart at the same time

have asked to see if can be updated via FW

It is yes - seems a strange thing. Would never have considered that.

I'll try disconnecting HDMI and see if RF works.

Tried removing the HDMI cable and plugging the RF-out directly into TV.

Nada, zilch, nothing.

Just had a thought that it didn't power the Vox off - though skeptical that would make any difference.

The EX7000 doesn't have an RF modulator, it only has a loop out which outputs the raw cable signal from the input.

Thanks for that Lincsat - it will save me trying any more.

Shame though.

So looks like I will need to buy a SCART -> RF Modulator.
