hi i got a motorola sb5100 and since the13th my internet has not been working the send light is always flashing, my brother has got internet in his room which he pays vm for and his went down at the same time but thay sent him a new modem and connected it with a ethernet cable and his is working now, i just wanted to know if anyone knew why mine wasnt working and could help me with wot to do thank you.
