Default Virmin Modem Subscription Charges

I know this might not be the best place to ask this but can anyone confirm to me about subscription modem charges? I checked my e-bill and I have a "M" sized broadband package which is £18.00 a month. I did a speed check online and its only a 2mb down and 256kb up connection!

Is this correct? Ive been subscribed for a long time, so I guess this is an 'old' package. When looking online it seems to be "L" >10Mb, XL>20Mb, XXL>50Mb.

Should my modem be 10mb?

As far as I remember the £18.00 one is the 2mb. So i'd say its about right.

Virgin have stopped selling 2Mb broadband. They're selling 10Mb @ £15 for first 6 months then £20 a month thereafter with free wireless router to new customers.

Might be worth you cancelling then signing up as a new customer.

Didn't know about this blobbins. The 2mb was £18.00. I'd give them a call if I were you as it seems you are getting charged the old price for a package they no longer do, and for 2 quid extra could be getting an extra 8mb.
