Looking to get a dbox2. Some help advice please

First post here.

Looking to get a dbox 2 and would like some info..

Seems like ebay is the best place to get one. Can I get one from anywhere else?? and if ebay is the only place what should I be looking out for.

Also I used to have cable TV but now only have the phone and broadband. Will this cause a problem?

Also if you can point out some good sites to read up on that would be great.

go for nokia or sagem 2x chip (amd)

shouldn't be a prob but usually recommended to keep at least basic tv
