hi all
cant seem to get the bk from a 2100 with my jtag just done a 4000 and all was ok. i have read a few ways to do the 2100.

1 do i need a card in the box.
2 do i need the feed in.

thanks for any help

just jtag the box while its on stream leave card out and it should reveal bk and ird.

still not working i keep geting

target communications error: unable to put target into background mode.

check if ur jtag is firmly pushed to the pin heads and u putting the box is debug mode.

No need for debug mode if the box is on stream
What prog you using to get bk? i find OCD the most reliable
have you got mac_mot running
what bytes are you using

bke v2.2
mac mot running
cleand points on board

how do i find out what bytes im useing??

what software is ur box running? if its 3.6 use these. =0x00895934 if its not 3.6 let me know and i will get it 4u

build version = 3_6v is this the one ??

They are the bytes for pure, if your ex cw theyre 0x008D6284.
