There was a file called exacutor in my phone application folder i accidently clicked on it the phone then turned off.It does not turn on now. It does not turn on now.Does anyone have any ideas on what i should do to get my phone working again?

Your phone will need reflashing most likely.

what programme would i need to use to reflash and do i reflash the main or the fs

When u try and switch it on is there a red light flashing in the infra red port?

SETool or Phone XS will do the job. You reflash the MAIN and FS (don't forget to finalize with a Customization Pack though, otherwise your phone won't work!!!).

no there is no light flashing people in other forums have told me that my phone will start working again but ill have to wait untill CID53 is unlocked.the person who unlocked the phone should have deleted the exacuter file.

I think setool or xs does no support a CID53 Mine is a CID53 would i still be able to flash it.

If it's CID53 then check out Davinci or Wotan Server. It will cost you but they should be able to bring your phone back to life

But Setool cant do CID53 can it. It can only do up to CID52 im sure.

setool3 can and will flash cid 53. you need to reflash your phone again.
main + fs and complete phone after flash. then when its all done go into the phones games folder and delete the executor file. job done
