On 28E,Sky One,Sky Premier and E! Entertainment.(All requiring a subscription)
However available FTA on German channel ProSieben,on Astra 1

Prosieben usually transmits the original English audio,with previews/ads in German.
Begins at midnight(GMT),with the countdown and Red Carpet.
