It looks like a Channel master, maybe the seller cant measure

As Channel master didnt make a 1.5m dish.

OK, Ive not had a look up close, only a photograph of the back, but it doesn't look like a Channel Master, but its definitely not metal apparently.

it looks ok from the back in that pic , keep an eye on the auction and get it if goes for a good price and store it some where until you can use it ?

If it had a low starting price I'd stick a bid in but £59 start, I'd give it a miss. If it had been a Channel Master, that would have been a different matter entirely.
