Default DHCP Force Won't Get Config Files

I have left this scanning for MACS over night and it hasn't picked up one single config file .

Can someone help please?

plug ur modem in direct to pc via ethanet cable, dont run through a router, turn all firewalls off n security programs such as avg etc

Yep, as above.. has to be a direct feed through ethernet..
