Need Help webstar 2100

ok, i really need help, im a noob at this, i have a scientific atlanta 2100, i want to put haxorware on it. when i connect the max232 cable and press 'p' it asks for the board ip, netmask, gateway, then it just shows me a list of numbers and goes no further, i dont get the menu with the list of options, can i reset the modem to orignal firmware and start again, would anybody have a list of software i need to put haxorware on the modem, i've been trying to peice bits and pieces together to get it running, i've being using the ambient config tool. it sees the modem, i can change mac etc but cannot flash the boot loader keep getting a write error. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

screwed bootloader/firmware.

look at the cpu on the chip, should have BCM334X

gimme the number where X is

you need to jtag it and flash a 2mb haxorware dump to it.

if it does the same, flash chip is knackered.
