Default tftp probs...help!!!

as above!!i keep getting getting this message..
Free store: a0500000
Starting TFTP of 250hack_dump_telnet.bin from 192.168.100.10
Getting 250hack using octet mode
Tftp timeout...
Tftp timeout...
Tftp timeout...
Tftp timeout...
Tftp timeout...
Tftp timeout...
Retry limit exceeded on block 1....Aborting session
Store parameters to flash ? [n]

I get this no matter what i try to flash..250hack/infinite/haxoware....ive set my lan setting to the correct ones..IP-192.168.100.10/sub-255.255.255.1/default-192.168.100.1.

Ive used both solarwinds and tftpd32 and both are displaying the correct ip 192.168.100.10...iv put all the .bin files in the folders along with solar and tftp even made seperate folders on the c:\ with no joy....any help???

its running on a seperate machine with no net access..just a copy of winXP so i dont even think there is a firewall on the machine

Keep getting this in the solarwinds window......

Transmit error while sending to 192.168.100.10...the connection is reset by the remote side

windows xp comes with firewall on by default.

In control panel look for Windows firewall.Double click on it. Turn it to off.

right found it..disabled,still same message...but now a message at the bottom right of the tool bar is popping up saying `windows system error` ip address conflict with another system on the network`...aahhhhhhhhhh i dont think much more can go wrong!!
