Nokia Dbox - first time! - Help

Hi, I have purchased nokia dbox, after recently having Virgin installed at home. The box works fine at my brothers house who has had cable for long time; the box will not work at my place - can anybody help, do cable fit anything to prevent these boxes working?

Try doing a channel scan mate - if your bro lives in a different area then you won't get the channels he gets. Go to "service" in the d-box menu and then do a fresh scan from there.
