hi i am new to this forum can anybody tell me how to put the codes in for THE BOX. API ver:4.5e_E

Go into Menu, press 1570 to bring up the secret menu, go to Nagravision. There is an option in there to add Key 0 and Key 1.

I think I am having a similar problem. I did all that stuff before about 3 weeks ago... now all of a sudden, most of the channels I want to watch, sky sports etc have great audio, but no picture... this is true to pretty much all the channels excluding the normals ones like 1, 2 , itv, channel 4 etc.

can anyone help?
