i just got a starview 1 box and after working for 3 days, i now only receive free channels. this started on 25 feb. the version on my box is API ver: 2.57e_E Boot ver: 7.0 16 Aug 2006.
i have done default and it starts updating on s*y s****s 1 but freezes at 70% and the remote cant be used again until i turn the box off and on again. pls help me out. thank u

Have you tried to reflash it?

Do a search for channels and when done exit back to menu, Typ 1570 on remote and make sure EMU is on and just above that press the default key then exit back to channe say sky1 and let it update..

This will get your channels back...

I would flash the box with the latest version in the private FTA folder then do factory reset a full scan then go to menu type 1570 then turn EMU on hopefully you will have all the channels go to sly sports 1 then wait for code update
