Does anyone know how to solve this?

I put in the codes a few weeks ago, then all of a sudden, a few days ago The picture cut out on most of the channels but I still have audio. BBC1, 2, ITV and channel 4 are all working fine, but sky sports, movies and pretty much all the other channels have just a black screen but still got audio.

Can someone please help me!? Its soooo frustrating!

its ok, fixed it!

just restore factory conditions, search for channels again, then take off the keycode thingy!

have you got the latest firmware on to aviod putting codes in?
