Question lost following channels: sky 2,3 Arts & real lives

Hi guys, wonder if anyone can advise, a few daya ago these channels started to show "no or bad channel". I did a factory reset and rescanned and they have disappeared altogether form the channel menu! Any ideas? By the way did this twice, once using red button to scan all TP'S and then selected correct region on second attempt.
