Hi Everyone,

If anybody can help me with this ill be very grateful. I currently have a Pace DI4000 digital box that is stuck on the NTL updating software screen that says TUNE on the front LCD of the box and goes no further. However if I press and hold the down arrow on the front of the box while plugging in the power lead it bypasses this and boots up fine to the latest Virgin Media software but I can’t seem to get it to boot up without me needing to hold down the down arrow so if anybody knows a fix to solve this problem ill be thankful cheers.

is this a 4000n are you in pure or tw

just force boot to bypass the TUNE, dont take the power for like a week then try and see if it can reboot on its own (that is how i solved mine)

PS: normally di4000 is reliable box so leaving it on the power for a certain time solves most of the problems.
