please can anybody help. I have a samsung plasma tv. Ps42a456p is the model. Can somebody please tell me the white balance settings on the service menu? I was messing with calibration last night and now the analogue picture is very bad. Av is ok but not the best. Thanks in advance. Chris.

Press reset under the white balance listings should return it to the default settings.

I don't have a Samsung. I just downloaded the manual to check. At the bottom of the picture menu there should be a reset option. This will reset all picture levels back to the factory settings. You may want to write down the level values before you do this and if it works write down the levels after too.
