Default The box super - reception probelms with Virgin 1 and Discovery

I've a niggly probelm with a couple of channels - Virgin 1 (and plus1) just displays a frozen screen, and Discovery channel (and plus1) shows a garbled screen and sound (like bad reception)

I've done recans, but these two channels remain the same - and have done for several months.

Is there a way to correct this on the the box super?

Did you delete the channels before scanning.

No, I did not think that it would matter.

I'll give it a try. Thanks

this could be due to many different factors, happened to mine today on sky one, entertainment and sky screen 2 and was down to a loose cable.
so might be worth checking all cables and also as jon says delete the channels in question and then do a scan to pick them up again see if that makes a difference
