My Dish is triax - 90cm, motorised, location is milton keynes. I should to get i was unable to get it about 2 months ago but the signal can be weak sometimes.
When i go to 16e on my TM6900, and input the tp i think for supersport i 85% signal but the quality is at 2% |

You should be OK with that dish. Check your line of site and dish adjustment. Try adjusting it with the receiver, see if you can improve it. Can you get 10957H?, this is one of the strongest transponders on 16E.

Guys,
Am surprise that the alignment to go like that, i seems to have this problem last year and got someone in to realign it. The only strong signal and good quality are from tp 11324,11471,11178. I have tried to move the dish when i put 11499 see if it makes any difference but i have much luck. Is it worth make spending more time manually figuring this out or call someone again? |

As long as you can safely reach the dish its worth spending the time doing it yourself
you get to know your system better, you get more confident in troubleshooting problems you save a few quid every time the dish moves!

Yes,
First thing to do is to read the motor set up guide stickies DiSEqC motor installation guides. This will help you understand how to do it. You could try a short cut- Mark the current setting of everything with a marker pen, in case you get lost. Then send the dish to 16E, then go outside and whilst monitoring the signal quality on the transponder you want, gently push against the dish with your hand and see if you can bring the transponder in. If you manage it, adjust the dish elevation and swivel the motor around the pole to set it at the working position. Then check the rest of the arc. If you are still missing sats, Start all-over again, following one of the sticky guides, try satellitemans, it's the most simply explained. And if you don't fancy any of that, get satelliteman to do it for you. LOL
