Default Infinity USB Phoenix

I have recieved my card reader-

but i brought it with only the usb cable -

do i need to buy the other serial cable to enable phoenix mode ?

I have installed the drivers and hardware

when i start nagraedit n press the blue envelope to read the card this message comes;

Opening of COM1 was successful
Reset failed
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing of COM1 was successful

Yes u need the serial cable to use pheonix mode pal

If you are using a desktop you just need the extension cable for a 9 pin serial i dont think its an rs232 i think u use them for starviews and eurovox

You needed M to F for phoenix on that progger.

And yes, you need an unlooper if the card is looped (standard)

Or you can just prog a funcard if im right? Dont need an unlooper then.

Yes that's right, but Sony was asking about reading a card in Phoenix mode.

Funcard is the easy option if you've already got the BK.
