I've used this file in the way described but I find I cannot sort channels in to the Favourites. Is this a common problem or am I doing something wrong?

I went in to Menu > Favourite Setup and paper clipped the channels I want by assigning them to Groups 1-4. I then went on to Favourite Manager and viewed the groups. None of the channels I selected were in the groups. Is there a fix for this or can anyone offer me any advice?
