Hi

I posted "Re: Virgin Media Change? - Ambit 250/Haxorware 1.1" originally and fitz linked your post so I tried what you've suggested



I've attached an image of the log from the modem. I'm at a loss as to why this won't sync even on a legitimate MAC.. ie my cloned MAC using their default configs.

those logs dont help, id need telnet logs

could thsi be why having problems with my laptop mate? as 3 months on infinte no problems, swop to hax and hates my router and my vista laptop?

I had a couple of problems upgrading to haxorware. Turned out I needed to clear the old infinite/telnet style settings from the nonvol.

if you do this in telnet:
cd non
clear_device
flush
defaults
write

reboot modem

Then follow this guide, you'll probably have a much more stable set up.

infinites nonvol is weird, its always recommended to goto stock then update to haxorware.

well i did a factory reset as above, ps3 , lappy and pc all serving net ok....

i will report back AFTER as always i reboot the pc
