smt-2100c box help neeed 12 digits ird

i read ird from engineers menu frm both boxes and they are 12 digits long from my understanding they should be 8 digits

i have unlooped cards and read the bk am not sure if my ird are correct cause i flashed my cards doesnt seem 2 be working any ideas

i have two boxes

You can use windows calculator for converting.

1. select scientific mode for calc.
2. enter the ird with 'dec' selected.
3. change 'dec' to 'hex'
4. answer displayed in hex format

And its the its the first 10 digits you use, leaving out the last 2 digits..
