Default Strange Request

Does anyone have the Frequency for ITV Granada (North West Region)?

Reason behind it is that I use to live in the Northwest and I moved down to the south coast and I miss the regional programming (and the Northern Accents!)

I know that it is possible as when I did the setup in VMC using a TT card along side my FloppyDTV I was messing around and put in mu old postcode for a laugh and was able to get it.

But I set it to to local address, whcih give me Meridian. I want to see if I can pick it up...

Give it a try, you can log onto any of the Head ends and get different channels! It took me ages to get all my channel listings set up in order and I dont wanna mess around and loose them again!

Cheers guys

I think you will only get the correct feed from the region you are actually located in. ie if you do a brutforce scan you will only get one ITV, one BBC etc etc

You should be able to get different regional variations even if you use the transponder ini for your area, I have multiple versions of BBC1 and ITV

If memory serves theres only a few (maybe only the one, they dont have one for each area atleast) transmittion tower for virgin media, since there entire network is linked, they dont need loads, so going on that basis, they will receive all the ITV/BBC variations through the same line, what the frequencies are I have no idea, but it should be possible
