Ambit 200 - Still wont connect to internet

Hi guys i have an ambit 200 modem here that i have had de-bricked and the firmware loaded onto it. I have entered my frequency which is 331000000 and also a mac address ( which i know is working) but it will not connect to the internet. when i go to the config page 192.168.100.1 it says modem status offline and also the frequency comes up different to the one i have entered also it is coming up with a 3 critical error message on the status page. I dont know what this is but it is doing my head in any help or suggestions to what this could be would be much appreciated

change the freq bk then save it then put in a new mac then reboot the modem

if your in TW land have a read of this

cant lock to frequency=
you not set it up right
you do not know your tftp ip (SEE TFTP IP DATABASE FOR YOUR AREA)
MAC is not valid (get another from outside you ubr)
bpi box wants ticking (left hand side of ambit tool)

TELEWEST use the following in hyperterminal/ambit tool cm console if ambit tool dont set it for you

cm_tuner 14

cm_annex 3
cd ../docsis
ds_frequency 331000000/330750000/339000000
