I have many MP3 files which are 128 kbps but I want to compress them to about 32 kbps. The reason is that I want to transfer them onto my mobile phone and 128 kbps has huge file size (like 6 MB per file). Any help is appreciated.

I mainly use dbpower amp

Well compressing 128kbps to 32kbps will reduce the voice quality to a great extent...you should try either ogg format or use mp3pro compression!
