hi guys need to find the ird number for this stb i have got the bk but when i look in eng menu nagra serial code says n/a also looked back of scart any other ideas please

look underneath the box on the big sticker , by the barcode it says nagra serial code type the first 10 digits into windows calculator and convert to hex. if you cant do it pm the full nagra serial number and ill convert i for you. do no post numbers on forum.

i have done what you said convert the first ten numbers to hex but the result was only ** ** **
