Eurovox Max Blue

I have a Eurovox Max Blue, it seems to have died a death, no lights and nothing working at all. Changed the fuse, even tried the fuse in anther appliance and its ok. I am getting my base 5 channels (bbc1 & 2, itv, c4 and five) but when I remove the ariel from the box the channels dissappear, does that mean there is still life in the box.

If its dead, where could I buy a new one, even an HD version.

check the c14 capicator in the box mate

it is a black round capacitor near front off powerboard see if it is bulging if it is it will need replacing were about r u

im in Glasgow, so should I try taking the casing off, still not entirely sure what Im looking for.

also it as polarity so it needs to be put back the right way can be picked up cheap at Maplins and such like.

yes take casing off and u should c the c14 capicator there just check if any off them is lifted if it is they will need replacing
