take it to a mobile repair shop.... be prepared to part with between £10-£20 pounds... job done

You could do it online via remote unlock servers if you liked, you will still get charged around the same price but it saves the hassle of waiting for a phone shop to unlock it. Google "samsung online unlocking", the website you need is the first link.
