Default official n*l sub card

quick question, can i use an official n*l sub card with a floppy dtv and cam? or is the card matched to a stb?

First off I cannot confirm this would work, but if it did, i personally think it would be a waste of a mosc card.

The card's locked to the boxkey for your STB. If you can find the boxkey and reprogram your CAM accordingly, then there's no reason why you couldn't get the official card to work as far as I know, but I think you'd only have access to the channels you've paid for (might be wrong on this).

If you're hoping to remain legal then I'm afraid as soon as you plug the cable into the FloppyDTV that's out the window, so why not save yourself a lot of hassle with unlooping and reading the official card, just get a Funcard4 and enjoy all the channels anyway?
