Never seen one of those before mate!
best bet would be to buy a max remote and flash the blue firmware although this wont always work 100%
Only way to make it work proper again is either purchase a EV2 remote (very hard to find) or..
Jtag it and flash the blue box tsop to bootloader and this will then make it a 100% genuine blue box,a jtag will cost you about a tenner then its quite a simple procedure but you will need a pc with an old printer parallel port on.

lol just re-read the thread and you havnt tried reflashing with the eurovox 2 firmware,or have you, if not then you will need the ev2 bin file and dnupman and flash it this way REQ: Idiots Guide To Updating Firmware On Eurovox Max

tried the bluebox fix and that wouldn't work, then reflashed with the ev2 firmware and the box is still not working on the remote.

Bought a eurovox remote as well, maybe look for a replacement board then? the IR unit might be gooshed then

Unhappy Eurovox 1 remote now don't work...

Can you help please, I have Two EV1 Max V Blue boxes 2006. with the help of the forum got one working last year using DnUPMan V4 & EV1_fix_140408_ core_ 29110.bin for my sister. (tried UFL_blue max, but says "FW not fit for receiver") second identical box showed PEAA, so carried out same procedure as above. it downloaded ok but won't respond to either of the working remotes. I can get into the "menu" using the Menu/ok & exit buttons on the box, I can see all of the menu items but when its requires a Password I am stuck! I can also change the challel numbers and all it says is "no signal" which is not true because I fed the signal to the working box via this box. Tried the VCR/TV trick still no signal. The boxes look just like the picture shown in this thread except it only has 1 scart. I have looked throug all other forum entries. Thanks for any help
