Well Tftp Enforce Bypass and autoserving the nat-any.cm file didn't work - modem has still not locked on after 24 hours so will now try just Tftp Enforce Bypass and no config file setting just using MAC defaults. Have rebooted the modem but again it has not locked on so guess I'll have to wait another 24 hours

And as predicted 24 hours on the modem is operational again, I still have Tftp Enforce Bypass set and no config file.

Summary:

I have two ambit 250's running haxorware 1.1 rev30 that take 24hours to lock on after ANY configuration change and will not accept any config file setting either autoserving or direct download at boot.

My gut feeling is that a new change has happend in my area in the last two weeks as I'm not one to fiddle and mess about with things all the time and both modems originally went off at the same time.
