"CAN ANYONE HELP"or PM ME WITH instructions

Hi all, just recently bought a Vantage 8000s,This was to replace my Fortec Passion which has served me well. problem is for some reason none of the above u/w files thats 162&163 either vers will not open any channels: my diablo cam is the latest, i,ve formatted the cam, loaded both versions in an effort to see if it was just a version problem.
I get an onscreen message saying "Keys are out of Date" (u/w163)or "Insert the cam"?(u/w162).
can anyone also tell me whats currently down also what satellites are now available.
I,ve been out of touch lately with a family problem abroad. any help would be very apreciated.

have you added the data files after installing 162/163 as both these have had there data files missing for some reason. also reconfigure cam after formatting. hope this helps you.

The data bin files shouldn't be missing from either Underworld 162 or 163.
If you have formatted your Cam, prior to loading a new Underworld file, you will need to go into the configuration menu and turn Emulators ON.
You will not open DigitAlb as they have either upgraded their encryption, which has been mentioned, or updated the keys, time will tell.
You should still be able to open the porn channels on 13E and 9E, as well as Canal Digital on 1W.
You can also open Digi TV, 1W, but you need to either manually update the keys or load an updated keys bin file.
It was reported that Kabel kiosk, 8W, was open again with underworld 163 but I can't confirm if it's still open.

Digitlb is down but Canal Digital and the sex channels are still open using Underworld 163.
If you have formatted your cam you need to turn Emulators ON in the configuration menu.

Sorted it - I thought 163 was just a Wifi update, - but totally lost Digi, even the patch on the box doesn't open it for some reason. Lost the sound first now lost the lot. Good job i'm not into the films !! Thanks anyway though Mickha.

If you mean Digi TV, 1W, you will need to update the key, you can do that manually or by loading an updated keys bin file.
You can manually enter the keys, in the Diablo Cam, by entering the Cams menu and the following sub menus:
Underworld 163
Keys
List Keys Edit
Nagravision 2
Digi TV
Key 86 (Key 00)
Press Enter or OK and select how you wish to update the key:
Hexadecimal or Decimal. Decimal is quicker.
You can find the last key change in the Satellites folder, Diablo Cam sub folder.
