these versions no longer work, you'll need either v8.02 or 8.04 these are the up to date versions. hope this helps

He knows these are older versions, you need to read all the posts to get the picture

i did read all the posts, it was in his last post that he said them versions wasnt working so i stated the ones that were. and why would he be trying them if he already knew they wouldnt work?

because his initial problem is he can't get any of the latest ones to load to his box so it was suggested to see if he could get an older version to load first and then try again

Thanks for replying in this post Jam30, the reason I was trying the older versions was to see if I could install them and then update to 8.02 or 8.04, as the newer versions wont flash m8.

I have since ordered a Jtag lead which should fix the other box but should I try the lead on the box that wont update as well??

Have been reading some of the posts on this site with regards to Jtagging but not certain if it could solve this problem.
