A relative of mine has discovered that she now receives BBC 1 (London) on sky channel 101..also, Channel 4 is non existent when she keys in 104.
She lives in the Scottish Borders. Formerly, 101 got BBC1 Scotland and Channel 4 was available. I cannot understand what has happened..I live within 1 km of her house, have a similar sky setup..no probs.

Its a common problem - the box has lost track of its card settings.

1) Turn the box off at the wallplug for 5 minutes, then switch it back on again.

2) If that doesnt work pull the card out of the slot and reinsert it gently a few times.
