You can use a package to install Apache and Mysql on your computer.
For example, the old phptriad installs them very easy, running an installer, 2 or 3 clicks. Unfortunately, the package is abandoned, the Apache/PHP/Mysql versions are really old. But still good if all you need is to view some basic php files. |

If you don't want to manually install Apache and PHP then you can use EasyPHP which installs and configures both in addition to MySql!
