While you are not online, you can not view .php files in internet explorer, is there any way to view .php files while not on internet?

You can use a package to install Apache and Mysql on your computer.

For example, the old phptriad installs them very easy, running an installer, 2 or 3 clicks. Unfortunately, the package is abandoned, the Apache/PHP/Mysql versions are really old. But still good if all you need is to view some basic php files.

I think he is talking about normal php files on the internet, not your own files to check on your server. I dont think there is a way to view. php files in offline mode

If you don't want to manually install Apache and PHP then you can use EasyPHP which installs and configures both in addition to MySql!
