Hi ,i have got a ambit 255 with infinite flashed on the modem when i run the 250 configurator and choose to connect to serial it keeps freezing and locking my computer i have tried this on 2 other computers and its still the same,
the lead i am using is a max 232 interface from TMC,i'm not sure if the modem is bricked the power light and the one next to it lights up.and i can'nt use the telnet option because i did have the user name & password for it written down some where but i have lost the paper.(i made the user name & password my self) any help will be grateful

.net package is needed i think.

This happened to me even after i installed both packages. But i found that am(cho)bit configurator 0.73 is much better to use IMO.
