Default Sky Sports HD

Hi Guys

Just finished building my HTPC to have the ultimate system I'd love to run my cable TV (Virgin) through it having Sky Sports HD would be the dream. Can anyone give me a helping hand don't what to start reading up on old solution when there are newer and better ways to do this. I know how cable works and how the cards work so thats part should be easy.

Firstly is it prossible to get Sky Sports HD (for the football) and what other HD chancels are avalibile.

What hardware do I need I would like to be able to have more that one channel on screen if possible but the one would be fine?

What software do I need and where can I find the tutorials to use them?

Cheers in advance
