Another thing about the firmware, your old channel file wont work, you will need to create a new one as the new firmware has problems with the old channel file and shows the same channel multiple times, and you cant get rid of it.

I have looked into this & come to the following conclusion.

My starting transponder frequency is 195 mhz.

If i do a scan & specifically ask the receiver to start scanning from frequency 195 mhz, the receiver will find the frequency but will put it as 196 mhz.

If i let the receiver scan from 100 mhz, then it will find & put the frequency at 195 mhz.

So my advise is to let the receiver do a full powerscan with the starting frequency of 100 mhz. This way you will get accurate transponder frequencies. It will only take 5 minutes longer to start the scan on 100 mhz.

It was more important to get the signal issue sorted 1st.

Assuming this is the release dated 12th march with internal date 3rd March, it is available from the Private FTA Download links.

I found the signal/scanning is better, but channel change is about the same and the favourites problem is still there. As Zemme says though, signal fix is important

all ok. channels switch over really well, no issues whatsoever.
