Potential to get a software update also? And some installation notes wouldn't go a miss......started to get channels freezing for the last 48 hours

Hi

I've just bought the ex7000HD, i've got the max v 2008 with no probs but this new box comes up with scrambled on anything but the usual freeview stuff.
Can someone email me the latest download ples and does anyone know the best baud rate for bradford or is it the same as the max v??????

Cheers all done but the favorites sorting menu is a bit rubbish, are there any downloads that make it as easy to use as the max v
